• Restocking Fees: Rugs and lighting returned unused and in original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customized lighting, however, is non-returnable.

• Final Sale Items: Artwork, vintage pieces, furniture, custom upholstery, made-to-order products, swatches, and items priced ending in $0.99 are not eligible for return.

• Inspection on Delivery: Inspect your order upon receipt and report any damages to us within 48 hours. Our team will assist in arranging a replacement.
